Kids Potential Fee Schedule

Kids Potential can help your child with a wide range of paediatric occupational therapy services tailored to suit the specific needs of your child.

Initial Appointments

The initial appointment enables the Kids Potential therapist to review the child’s ability to participate in functional skills and their developmental skill level. From this the most appropriate intervention is discussed and agreed upon with the parents.

An initial consultation includes:
Observation and interactive assessment of child’s skills


Discussion and feedback with parents / carers


Telephone calls to school or other health professionals involved

Report of findings


Development of family centered goals following discussion with parents / carers (a copy of the goals will be provided to families by email)

Travel Fees

Ongoing Therapy Sessions

One-to-one therapy sessions will be provided at an agreed frequency. The therapist will work with the child on areas identified during the initial assessment which will help the child reach the established goals. Therapy sessions are usually 60 minutes in duration.

The therapy session includes :
A therapy session which targets the identified areas for skill development
Feedback to parents / carers
Activities to continue at home which compliment the therapy sessions
Liaison with other health professionals and/or teachers on a regular basis

Kids Potential are able to provide services under the following schemes:

  • NDIS (Registered NDIS provider)
  • Helping Children with Autism (HCWA) and Better Start Initiative (BSI)
  • Medicare Chronic Disease Management Plan (referral from GP required)
  • Most private health funds
